ABOUT ME

My name is Lili. I am a RYT200 certified yoga teacher as well as a 50 Hour Dharma Yoga teacher. My passion is in trauma informed yoga and yoga therapy for anxiety. I also am trained to sequence creatively and to teach inversions. I am passionate about not only providing a safe but also a brave space. I aim to provide an environment for growth and a space that fosters a loving and supportive community.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?

To sign up for a class, click “Book Now”. Choose your desired time and class. Sign up and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

DO I NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A CLASS?

Not at all! All skill levels are accommodated, from beginners to experienced practitioners of yoga. Modifications are offered for classes to benefit all levels. First time? Try a Dharma class!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO CLASS?

Bring a yoga clothes that are comfortable and a water bottle if you wish to drink water during practice. Mats, blocks and straps are provided!

CAN I EAT OR DRINK BEFORE CLASS?

Come to class hydrated if you can. Try not to eat a large meal within the few hours before coming to class, you may feel a bit uncomfortable!

CAN I COME TO CLASS IF I HAVE PAIN OR A PREVIOUS INJURY?

It is always appropriate to have a conversation with your yoga instructor about any pain you may have or any concerns you have. If you are under a doctor’s care, be sure to discuss taking yoga classes with them.
